Position Overview:
We are currently seeking an experienced and passionate Chemotherapy Instructor for a project-based, hybrid role involving both remote and onsite work. The ideal candidate should be a SCFHCS Licensed pharmacist, have at least five years of significant experience in chemotherapy, and exhibit a strong passion for teaching and mentoring junior pharmacists.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and deliver advanced chemotherapy training sessions compliant with SCFHCS guidelines, catering to various regions including Riyadh, Makkah, Aseer, Hail, and Najran.
- Provide hybrid teaching sessions, including remote webinars and onsite workshops, ensuring high-quality learning experiences.
- Offer personalized mentorship and support to junior pharmacists, promoting professional growth and competency in chemotherapy practices.
- Regularly update training materials based on the latest chemotherapy research, techniques, and SCFHCS standards.
- Evaluate student performance, provide constructive feedback, and adapt teaching strategies to meet diverse learning needs.
Requirements:
- Valid SCFHCS License (preferred with a focus on chemotherapy).
- A minimum of five years of robust experience in chemotherapy treatment and education.
- Strong ability to teach and mentor with a proven track record, adaptable to both remote and in-person educational settings.
- Excellent communication skills, with fluency in Arabic and proficiency in English, are preferred.
